No Dances for Gorham HS
Gorham High School administrators have decided not to allow any dances to be held this school year after issues with kids grinding and seem to point some blame toward Q97.9.
GHS in Mourning
Last weekend, 16 year old Branden Denis from Gorham was tragically killed in a car accident on Route 302 in Bridgton. 35 year old Eric Morey of Portland was also killed Brandon was a junior at Gorham High School and a starting lineman on their football team. The students and residents of Gorham are now rallying together in honor of Branden.
Grinding Controversy
Gorham High School had a dance this past weekend and did NOT allow 'grinding'. It upset the kids to the point where a lot of them left, went to the Middle School to have their own dance in the parking lot. Parent, kids, teachers and residents are all upset - and all for different reasons!
