The person who dropped off the dog (the dog's name is Abby) has been identified and interviewed by police. The District Attorney’s Office now has this case and are reviewing to see if this person will face criminal charges. But there is good news to come out of this tragic mess.
The dog died searching for the same human who discarded him like garbage. This dog died displaying the undying loyalty and devotion of a dog, no matter what cruelty he faced.
