The Portland Sea Dogs are changing their name to the Portland Whoopie Pies for one day and SportsCenter anchor Matt Barrie doesn't know how to pronounce "whoopie."

New England Patriots center David Andrews has been rescheduled to appear at Hadlock Field with the Portland Sea Dogs.

Have you heard that the Maine Whoopie Pies kick out the Sea Dogs for one game on the first day of summer?

Everyone going on Sunday is encouraged to wear their favorite Superhero costume so you can participate in a pre game Superhero parade around the warning track. Prizes will be awarded for best kids and adult costumes.

Tomorrow afternoon's game is as Maine as they get though. It's flannel day at Hadlock! The Sea Dogs are asking everyone who attends the game to don their favorite flannel apparel as the boys of summer take on the Trenton Thunder at 1pm.

Thursday, April 18 is a big day when the Sea Dogs return for a homestand on the 25th anniversary of the day the Sea Dogs played their very first game at Hadlock Field.

After having to postpone two games, the Portland Sea Dogs have a doubleheader today at 5 p.m. if the field can be ready.

For the second day in a row, the Portland Sea Dogs did not play at Hadlock Field Tuesday because we are getting the furthest thing from ideal baseball weather.

Get to Hadlock by 6pm if you're dressing up as your favorite Harry Potter character and you'll get to participate in a pregame parade around the warning track. If you're voted best dressed you'll be able to throw a first pitch before the game!
