With many traveling this weekend ahead of Christmas, this is probably the worst possible time for outages like this.

With reports of flooding, closed streets, and other emergencies, the seacoast is battling another Nor'easter. However, the Portland Police Department made a humorous discovery this morning.

A major power outage is affecting downtown Lewiston and outer Lisbon Street.
