Breakfast is arguably the best meal of the day. It's also arguably the biggest pain in the butt to make. If you want pancakes, you're also gonna want bacon and maybe eggs, or even some cut-up fruit. That's where making breakfast becomes a huge undertaking. So many pans, so many dishes, so much to clean up. Don't even think of adding syrup and children! I don't even know if ServPro would take that job.
For me, the Pancake Kitchen on Congress Street in Portland was the place to go. I mean, it WAS in the title. It was old school from back in the '60s. I think it closed sometime in the '90s or early 2000s. This was from a time when finding parking in Portland wasn't an hour-long task. Maybe you've just resigned to making pancakes at home.
