After what amounted to a social media lynch mobbing, the woman who was caught on camera driving with her child climbing all over the front passenger seat, has been charged with child endangerment.

According to WCSH 6, 33-year-old Jennifer Beane was charged with endangering the welfare of a child. No arrest was made and no court date has been announced. The case was also sent to the Department of Human Services.

Video taken by Laruen Hartstock and posted to her Facebook page shows Beane driving in her vehicle talking on the phone while a child was seen in the passenger seat without a seat belt or in a child safety seat. Outrage set in as people commenting called for everything from losing her license, serving jail time and even having her child taken from her.

For those wanting to see punishment, you'll have to wait until DHHS and the District Attorney review the case and a court date is announced.
