There’s a Target That Magically Appears on My Bathroom Window

This is really bizarre and I'm sure there's an explanation for it. Whenever our bathroom window fogs up after a hot shower, and the sun hits the it just right, and outline of what looks like a target appears on the window. Once the fog clears, it's gone.

We've washed the window on both sides again and again and it still shows up. There's one on the lower pane as well.

I'm not sure how I feel about this. On the one hand, it feels like the thing is constantly dirty and we need to find a way to clean this up. On the other hand it kind of makes it look like a tactical display from the Rebel Command Center in Star Wars.
