At the end of the March, Timber Steakhouse announced that there were planning on ditching the steakhouse concept and rebranding as a plush bourbon bar with some light eats. After a short renovation, Timber has done as they promised, rebranding themselves as the Timber Bourbon Bar and Lounge and unveiling a new interior and exterior place that seems perfect for a drink or two.

Shared on Facebook by Timber Lounge, their redesigned interior space removed the standard dining tables and replaced them with cozy chairs and comfortable couches. Beyond just the decor, the menu has changed as well. Many of the standard signature cocktails that were featured on the menu at Timber Steakhouse remain at the Timber Lounge. It's not just cocktails either. Timber Lounge features beer and A LOT of wine on their drink menu.

There's also food. Gone are the high-end steak options and in its place, more shareable plates. Some of the appetizers featured include mini corn dogs, popcorn shrimp, and chicken wings. There's also a few things on the menu that you won't find at a lot of other places. Those include Maine lobster rangoons, kalamata olive tapenade, and a sausage sampler.

Timber has also reopened their "backyard", an almost secret oasis behind the bourbon bar and hidden in the alleyway.
