Ukranian Translation of ‘Maine’ Will Leave You Mildly Whelmed

I can't even sound out most words in eastern european languages, but the Ukranian translation of "Maine" is one exception. Not only is it readable for English-speakers, but it's a word we use routinely!

Meh.

I hope that's not how you feel about Maine, but Ukranians can't say anything else when they talk about us. I mean, it could be worse, right?
