When Did ‘Like a Girl’ Become an Insult? [VIDEO]

I don't know why it took a feminine hygiene product to come up this this, but I'm glad they did. Always has a new ad campaign that will make you pause and may even change the way you speak. 

During puberty girls confidence plummets and 'Always' wanted to not only point that out, but also highlight how doing something, "...like a girl" has become an insult!  Watch the video, watch these girls be strong and then tell us what you think! This made me really stop and think...and I'm a girl!
