Why I DJ at High Schools (Boothbay Homecoming Re-Cap)
Over the weekend my "Shut Up And Party" tour continued at Boothbay High School. This was my second time DJ'ing for this particular school and they did not disappoint. It was a night full of energy, dancing, glow sticks, hands in the air, and out right fun.
I often get asked the question; "Homie, why DJ at High Schools?" & my answer is simple…. When I was in High School the dances for the most part were always a bummer. Very little excitement, simple, and just kind of blahh. I follow up with the energy that these schools bring to a dance is unmatched by any 21+ or "adult night" I've done in the past. They're all so very appreciative of the show I put on, and in return it makes me work harder to out perform my self each time. I truly love what I do, and I'm very fortunate to be able to it. They say.. if you can do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life. I honestly believe that!
A big thank you to the Boothbay Faculty for having me, and shout out to the students who came out to party with me.
