Hometown Soup & Salad at 884 Lisbon Street in Lewiston, next to Rent-A-Center is for sale and opened in March of 2022. It's been a popular little soup and salad bar located in a plaza that has over 100 customers a day.

I chatted with owner Stefanie Pike about the sale and she says that their business model has been very successful, but due to a shift in focus, they are hoping to sell the restaurant to someone willing to take the reins.

The sale includes all equipment, nonperishable goods, furniture, recipes, and vendor lists, plus they are willing to share the fun business model that has led them to success.

The building is currently leased and the leasing agent is aware of the efforts to sell, making this a nearly turnkey experience.

Pike also owns Hometown Nutrition and Energy next door to the restaurant which just celebrated its third year in business serving protein shakes and energizing teas. That business is not for sale.

Pike says that if you are a serious buyer she'd be happy to meet with you and share the asking price.
