You Decide: Should I Keep It?

I've had a goatee for two years now. I grew it because I went as my friend Gary to a Halloween party and to look the part, I had to grow a goatee. I liked it so much I kept it. But now I'm wondering if I should shave it.

When Alex Trebek started the new season of Jeopardy! sporting a beard, he had if for all of one week before his wife told him she hated it. I don't have that problem with my girlfriend Michele, but my step mother tells me she doesn't' like it at all. She thinks it makes me look old.

Well, shocking news...I'm not as young as I used to be. She also may just not be used to it since my parents live in Florida for the majority of the year.

I don't photograph well, but I came up with the two best photos I could find that show what I look like with and without the goatee. So what do you think? Keep it or shave it?
