A TV You Can Roll Up is Real! [VIDEO]

The future is here! We may not have hoverboards, flying cars and teleportation, but we have a TV you can roll up in your pocket! Almost. 

I knew that flexible screens were in development, but I hadn't actually seen one until I stumbled across this YouTube video from LG demonstrating their prototype for a flexible 18 inch HD display.

LG is the only one working on this size of display, but phone manufacturers are scrambling to come up with smaller versions of what you see here. Imagine a time when you can roll up your phone and tuck it in your pocket. It's probably not as far off as you might expect.
