I'm a geek of all sorts. Comic books, sci-fi, technology, video games and most of all pinball. I'm also a big fan of classic game show like The Price is Right, Press Your Luck and Match Game. Ever since I was a kid I always wanted to be Bob Barker. They passed me up for Drew Carey, but I'm now hosting a TV game show on WPXT called Kickstart where I work with a giant chicken and donkey. After working with Meredith and Lori all these years, barnyard animals is a nice break
Here are some things you might not know about Lori Voornas. She is painfully shy. I know, right? She also hates the phrase, "I know, right?" She's been waking up early for morning radio for about 20 years or so. And no, it doesn't get any easier when that alarm goes off at 4am. She loves fried chicken and would eat it every day if it didn't make her a fatty. She absolutely loves KFC and hasn't eaten it for years. She can be pretty disciplined when she wants to be
Meredith Manning is not my real name...it's a fake name because my real last name is Weed and people make fun of it...A LOT! I'm a Maine native, born in Portland and raised in Scarborough...My Father was on the radio and it intrigued me hearing his voice on the air. After getting in trouble for drawing a weather map on my parent's plastic shade at age six and being sent to the front of the class because of talking too much, it was apparent that I needed a job in radio
Kannon grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina. He was still in high school when he first heard Open House Party and got so excited he knew a radio DJ is what he wanted to be. Starting at a small AM station at age 16, he was eventually hired for weekends at WRDU, the rock station in Raleigh while building a reputation as a rave DJ around the country. At 19 he was hired as main mixer for Open House Party and within a couple of years he took over the nighttime DJ slots

Music and entertainment is in my DNA. My sister and I used to stand on a crate and sing along to whatever music our parents played in the house. When I was a bit older, my best friend and I used to record fake radio shows into our tape recorder. I've also played the drums since I was 3 years old and have been a several different bands. I love to be on the radio talking about my crazy life, my 2 awesome kids Roxy and Everett and my silly little puppy named Elvis

Even before I was born I was in the radio business. My mother and father had a morning show while I was still in my first apartment, or, what I later learned is called a "womb." I can remember going to the radio station every day after summer school...yea, I went to summer school, wanna fight about it? I would watch the DJs push buttons and talk into the microphone and I'd think to myself.."now THIS is something I want to do." As I grew up on the mean streets of Cumberland Center (Go GREELY!!), i never lost the dream to be able to be on the air
