Fan Won’t Stop Fondling Katy Perry on Stage [VIDEO]

This Katy Kat had a bit too much catnip. And now she won't stop kissing and caressing Katy Perry.

My advice to pop stars: When you pull a fan up on stage, especially one in the front row, you're going to get a wild and crazy super fan. Don't be surprised when they won't stop kissing your hands and trying to grab your chest. The being said, I will promise to control myself (for the most part) if one of my favorite musicians decides to pull me on stage.
