It's no secret that we have a loud and proud foodie population here in New England, and with good reason. Our restaurant industry is killing it, and there's never a shortage of new establishments opening their doors to the public. You can never run out of places to visit for your next dining experience, especially in New England.

Countless magazines, websites, and social media platforms have written about our diverse and delicious food scene. Our restaurants have been featured on Yelp's 'Top 100 US Restaurants' list, the Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, and the New York Times' annual Restaurant List. But one under-appreciated component of New Hampshire's food scene in particular is farm-to-table restaurants.

According to the Food Network, at the heart of the 'farm-to-table' concept is an establishment's desire to prioritize where their products are grown and sourced:

Most true farm-to-table restaurants form relationships with farmers and feature their seasonal produce and sometimes their poultry, beef, pork or dairy. On their menus, chefs will often cite the farms where the products came from and sometimes tell bigger stories about the farmers.

Often times, these restaurants' produce is not only sourced from farms, but ones nearby. It doesn't get more "local" than that.

Thanks to the New Hampshire Eats Facebook group, we now know some of the many farm-to-table restaurants in the Granite State. Let's see what and where they are:
