Get Fit to Help the LGBTQ+ Community in Maine

Pride week is just around the corner and OUTwod 2019 with CrossFit Casco Bay is coming to Portland to help kick it all off!

CrossFit Casco Bay (Congress Street in Portland)  is hosting a fundraiser on June 8th to help support The Out Foundation, an organization whose sole mission is to provide support to the LGBTQ+ community.

OUTwod 2019 will raise money to support one of the three main programs The OUT Foundation...OUTathlete.  OUTathlete provides coaching, support, and financial assistance to eliminate barriers for members of the LGBTQ+ community in living the healthiest lives they can. They help connect and fund services like meal prep, gym memberships, coaching, and nutrition counseling. Even basic athletic gear and footwear.

This is going to be a great time! A community workout - then fun, food, and music while you look at all the goodies donated for a silent AND live auction.  We have been very lucky and have received an outpouring of donations.

It's going to be such an amazing day! We support The OUT Foundation and would love to see everyone there!

This all kicks off at 10 am, but you are welcome to come early and hang. This is an inclusive event - the more the merrier! So please, invite friends and family!
