If you long for the days when you dropped quarters at Dream Machine at the Maine Mall or Aladain's Castle at the Lewiston Mall, you are going to love this news.According to The Forecaster, "Portland Arcade" will open at 22 Cottage Road in South Portland in January. The arcade will feature classic arcade games like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Centipede, and a few pinball machines. There will also be a room dedicated to classic home console games like the Nintendo Entertainment System and Atari 2600. The best part? It'll be all you can play in two hours for one price. No quarters or tokens necessary.

David Demers of Lebanon wants to create the arcade to help revitalize the Knightville neighborhood and be a place where parents can take their kids to introduce them to the video games they grew up on.

Hello 1983. I missed you! I'll meet you there and we'll play doubles.
