Meredith’s Last Day on the Q Morning Show [Photos + Video]

Today, all of us here at the Q and Townsquare Media in Portland said goodbye to our very own Meredith Manning after almost 20 years on Maine's #1 morning show.

Since November 1996, Meredith has been the morning host on Q97.9, later joined by Jeff and then eventually Lori in 1999. They were the only three-person morning team in Portland for years, and are continuously recognized as one of the most popular shows on the air in Maine.

Tons of Q listeners have been listening to Meredith, Jeff & Lori on the Q Morning Show since before they can even remember. Some of us (like me) grew up listening to the show, and still listen every day. Meredith is now following her dreams and moving to Tennessee, but even after almost 20 years, it still feels like saying goodbye to a member of the family.

Today's show included a look back at Meredith's career in radio, calls from former PD Tim Moore, station owner Bob Fuller, and Lee Goldberg even made the cut!

We wish Meredith all the best and good luck in Tennessee!
