Portland’s Scarce Rental Market is Getting New Units in East Bayside

Portland lands on a different top 10 list almost weekly and it's popularity is only trending upward. With it's attractive location, lively social scene, and stellar dining options, it's not surprising that it's so difficult to find a decent rental within city limits.

Thankfully, new units are popping up as we speak.

89 Anderson is a brand new development in the up and coming East Bayside neighborhood. The studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units each have private balconies, in-unit laundry, quartz countertops, secured parking, and storage.

These apartments also boast some high-tech and high-efficiency upgrades like Mitsubishi Heat Pumps for heating and cooling and Fresh Air Ventilation Systems (ERVs) for each apartment.

Rents start at $1200 a month, which seems to be on par with the rental market in Portland, especially for brand new, high end units.
