R&B Singer Is Suing Taylor Swift For $42 Million, Saying She Plagiarized ‘Shake It Off’ From His Song [VIDEO]

R&B singer Jesse Braham has filed a lawsuit against T-Swizzle claiming she plagiarized lyrics to her hit 'Shake It Off' from his song 'Haters Gone Hate'. And he's not kidding.

He's suing Taylor for $42 million arguing that there is no way her song would exist with the lyrics "Player's gonna play, play, play, play..and the hater's gonna hate, hate, hate, hate"  if she didn't steal them from his song.
