What do you get when you mix Oliver Stone with a government employee gone rogue? A movie that you will either hate or like depending on your stance on the NSA.

'Snowden' is based on true events about Edward Snowden who worked for the National Security Administration and leaked over a million government documents because he felt the government was overstepping their power.

The government calls Snowden a traitor and they want him to stand trial. He is currently living in exile in Moscow. Movie Mom says Oliver Stone's take is very sympathetic toward Snowden...

Then there is 'Bridget Jones's Baby' a movie that Movie Mom says is a complete waste of time with jokes from the 70's. Movie Mom stopped carrying about Bridget Jones 12 years ago after the first movie.

There are some good rentals including 'Captain America: Civil War' and Andy Samberg's 'Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping'. Movie Mom does warn..that 'Popstar' is super R rated...
