Watch What Happens When A Tornado Sneaks Up On These Drivers In Taiwan [VIDEO]

This is incredible footage of a mini tornado that creeps up on this car, blows past it, then takes out the car in front of him. 

After the torando clears the car, you can see a man in the lower right side of the screen. Where did he come from? If you look closely around 9 seconds into the video, you can make out a man on a motorcycle, or maybe a bicycle. He's the luckiest man alive!
