Young Mother and 4-Year-Old Son From Skowhegan, Badly Injured and Lost Everything in Fire
Andrea Curtis, who is 24, and her four-year-old son, Tyler Curtis-Benson, were severely burned and had smoke inhalation after a fire destroyed their mobile home in Skohegan.
Thank God for Officer Timothy Williams with the Skowhegan Police Department who risked his own life and pulled these two from the living room.
Andrea is in critical condition...her son was flown to a hospital in Massachusetts. They've lost everything...just a couple of weeks before Christmas. They don't know what caused the fire, but are investigating.
Their family has started a GoFundMe page to try and offset the hospital costs and of course to help them rebuild their lives once they get out. They are also looking for non-monetary items. If you can't help, I understand...if you could share this - that would be really helpful.
