We've all been there. Sitting at home, without any motivation whatsoever to cook but still battling all of those hunger pans. We suspect that was the case when this note was left behind on the front door of an apartment in Portland.

Shared on Twitter by Cosades1, this is what hunger desperation/ultimate laziness looks like. Not only are you ordering delivery pizza but you're so tired/bored/stuck to the couch that you literally don't care if the pizza gets wet. As long as you get to eat a couple of pieces whenever you FINALLY make your way to the front door to grab that pie.

Some may the stance that this person for be chastised for their inability to functionally get the pizza at their door when it arrives but we disagree. The person who left this note could have been knee deep in a binge watch session of Netflix. Perhaps that were locked in the open world of Breath of the Wild, the new Zelda game for the Nintendo Switch. There's any number of reasons to leave this note that have nothing to do with throwing in the towel on life.

Then again, the best guess might be the most obvious. Someone may have just been pasted to the sofa in a deep hole like they were Jason Segel's character in Forgetting Sarah Marshall. We can only hope they got their pizza...and that it was dry.

UPDATE: They never got their pizza.
