Top 3 of the Best Foods in Maine, Ranked
BACK AT IT AGAIN with the Maine food reviews. Should this be a reoccurring thing or would that just accumulate too much hate when I tell you I dislike things like whoopie pies. Oh well, don't care. Let's get it started.
When I think of Maine, I immediately think of seafood just as most people do. Actually most people just go directly to correlating Maine to lobster but I'm here to debunk that.
Not the lobster, our lobster is delicious. I'm here to remind you that our state does eat more than just shellfish, but sometimes the things we eat stress me out like Moxie.

Mainer's have made many peculiar foods famous throughout the state, but these 3 foods are the most commonly requested. Here they are in order of their greatness (in my opinion).
Maine Blueberry Barrens
1. Blueberries. Absolutely delicious, all day every day Maine blueberries win. The best experience I ever had was riding through the real barrens up in Cherryfield.
Maine Fiddleheads
2. Fiddlehead's. HOW COOL. You can walk outside and go into your backyard and just pick a fiddlehead off the plant. Their spirals make them so enticing so does garlic and butter hehe.
Red Snapper Hot Dog
Red Snapper Hot Dogs. Nasty. They look gross, they taste gross, and I dont understand how ANY of you are willing to put that in your mouth. That's what she said. Sorry.
Anyways. We're all entitled to our opinions of course, but not one of you are correct if you tell me you enjoy biting into a hot pink rod they try to call meat.
