Goat Yoga is Back For Another Season At Sunflower Farm in Cumberland, Maine
There's no denying it. People just love baby goats, and no one knows that better than Sunflower Farm and Creamery in Cumberland. Every year baby goats new to the world are born at Sunflower Farm and people can not get enough of these snuggly little creatures.
My girlfriend Michele is one of those people, so she took a "Bold Goat Yoga" class at Sunflower Farm and absolutely loved it. I'm not sure what the "bold" means, but can only guess that you are a bold person to be able to do yoga poses with baby goats prancing around and be able to keep your composure.
According to Sunflower Farm's website, some yoga classes are with the goats running and playing around you while others are near the pasture and you visit the goats after your class.
No matter which class you choose, there will be goats!
All classes are paid by donation and are held Thursdays 5:30-6:30 & Saturdays 9:30-10:30. Though a reservation is not required it doesn't hurt to reserve your spot on the website. Just make sure you're there 10 minutes before the class starts and drive all the way behind the barn to park.

Now brace yourself for the ultimate in cuteness. Ready?
You're welcome.
