There's a hot new trend while you are stuck at home. It's called Peanut Butter Bread.
The instructions apparently come from a Great Despression-era cookbook that was first published back in 1932. People who have made this bread says it's great! Tastes like a peanut butter cookie. Let's make some peanut butter bread!
PEANUT BUTTER BREAD
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 4 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 1/3 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter
Mix the dry ingredients together. Mix in milk, then add peanut butter. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan. Bake about an hour at 325 degrees.
It was easy and pretty good too!
