Well, there's a new chicken place opening up in New Hampshire that Granite Staters might be excited about.

Where Is Raising Cane's in New Hampshire?

Raising Cane's is set to open in New Hampshire in Manchester, according to the company's website.

You might know it as the site of the former CJ's Great West Grill on South Willow Street. WMUR reported that the longstanding restaurant, which had opened in 1995, closed in 2023.

Definitely prepare for this place to be packed as this popular chain tends to draw lots of people. MassLive.com highlighted the massive lines of cars and people all looking to get some chicken when a new Raising Cane's opened in Connecticut just last year.

When Does Raising Cane's in New Hampshire Open?

The Raising Cane's website notes that the new Manchester location will open on March 11.

Similarly, the City of Manchester, NH Economic Development's Facebook page notes the same date while including a 10 a.m. grand opening at the "3,200 square-foot-restaurant that will include two drive-thru lanes."

It's a fast-food restaurant chain that opened up first in Lousinina in 1996 and has been serving up cooked-to-order "craveable" chicken fingers across 44 states since then, according to its website.

Massachusetts has the most locations in New England, while unfortunately, Maine and Vermont have none. Yet.

If anything, this new Manchester location might be worth a road trip if you're from the Pine Tree State or the Green Mountain State.
