To say November has had a lot of precipitation is an understatement. Luckily most of it has been rain, but that's all about to change this Friday when a storm comes through giving everyone in Maine snow.

According to CBS 13 Chief Meteorologist Charlie Lopresti, the track of the storm is showing snow for all of Maine, although it may mix with sleet and rain along the coast and in Southern Maine. The good news is it's going to warm up quickly on Friday up into the 40s as the storm moves out in the afternoon. The bad news is this is going to make for a tough commute on Friday morning. Could this be the first snow day of the year for schools in Maine?

As you can see from Charlie's snowfall forecast map, some areas of Maine are going to get a pretty decent amount of snow for mid November. Get that snowblower tuned up, your shovel ready and call your plow guy to make sure he'll be coming.

All this and it was just one month ago where we had an 80 degree day. Crazy huh?
