Maine Could Get Buried Under a Foot of Snow With a Storm on Saturday

Then again...

I know it's early, and so do meteorologists. News Center Maine's Keith Carson knows that five days out predicting a snowstorm is risky. A lot of things could happen. But he sees a lot of potential for a big storm with lots of snow.

News Center Maine's Keith Carson is not new at predicting giant storms. Hell, he was even able to predict comments people would make with such a prediction:

I'll believe it when I see it.

I wish I could be paid to be wrong and keep my job.

Okay, I will admit, I may have said that last one a few times...but to myself and never on social media. So, to put up with ridicule from us, the public, Keith must see some serious potential to mention a huge storm so far in advance. He does. Either way, there is weather coming our way. Big weather. But Mr. Carson is worried about the 'wobble'. Hmm. If that storm wobbles west, well, that awful mix comes into play. and we get a weather map that looks a whole lot different.

SIDENOTE: I would rather deal with a foot of snow than a storm that is mixed any time, any day. Who's with me on this one? And to be honest the thought of a big ass storm is kind of exciting. I love watching the snow plow bury me in my driveway. It's horrible and awesome all at the same.

Now back to this storm. According to News Center Maine's Keith Carson, wobbling is the hardest thing to predict five days away from a storm...but he's feeling pretty good that a doozy is headed our way!
