There was a press conference late today to announce murder charges in the Walmart shooting.

 

According to the Sun Journal, Aburn police charged 21-year-old Gage Dalphonse from Auburn with murder. He is accused of shooting and killing 41-year-old jean Fournier from Turner. He was shot twice in the back after a fight in the Walmart parking lot last Saturday.

 There were several witnesses that say that these two men got into a fight in the parking lot. Dalphonse was questioned by police for a long time, but hadn't been arrested or charged...until tonight.

 

Fournier had a troubled past with several felonies, but hadn't been convicted of a crime after 2005.There was a candlelight vigil for Fournier Sunday night at Walmart, and a lot of his friends had said he turned his life around and was focused on his family. Over 100 people showed up to pay their respects to Fournier. Friends and family are devastated over his death...
