You’ll Barely Spend a Dime at This Manchester, New Hampshire, Taproom
Murphy's Taproom Manchester
If you either frequent Downtown Manchester, New Hampshire, at all (because let's be real, there's a restaurant for any type of palate along Elm Street in the city), or you've been to the SNHU Arena for any event at all, odds are you've gone to (or tried to go to) Murphy's Taproom.
Located literally right across the street from the arena, Murphy's isn't just a destination for concert/event goers due to the convenience of the location, but the food never misses, either.
Not to mention, there are very few businesses that look out for its customers as much as Murphy's Taproom does.
Murphy's Taproom Specials
While most bars/taprooms/restaurants will feature some type of happy hour specials, for the most part, that can be where the specials end, unless there's one instituted specifically by the beer/wine/liquor/hard seltzer vendor themselves.
But that's where Murphy's Taproom stands out, because they don't stop at just Happy Hour specials. Any time one of the four major New England sports teams are playing (Pats, Sox, Bruins, Celtics), for the duration of the respective game (which you can watch at Murphy's, by the way), they have an insane deal.
One bucket (five beers) of domestic beers (like Bud Light, Coors Light, Miller Lite, etc.) costs just $10, and wings cost $0.10 each.
And, quite honestly, the insanity of that deal doesn't fully set in until you see that special in action. Because, as one couple highlighted on the New Hampshire Eats page on Facebook,
We ordered one bucket (5 beers) and 15 wings. Our total bill came to $11.62 and our waitress was phenomenal.
'Phenomenal' service and a tab under $12? Probably hasn't happened since at least the early '90s.
