Randy Moss was an incredible wide receiver for the New England Patriots making great plays and insane catches from legendary quarterback Tom Brady.

It's unfortunate he was never able to secure a Super Bowl ring despite such an impressive career, but the Pro Football Hall of Famer left a memorable mark for New England fans regardless.

And he definitely made at least one fan's day when he was spotted in Maine over the weekend.

If you didn't know, Moss' son, Montigo Moss, is on the University of Maine football team and was playing his final game for the Black Bears on Saturday, November 23, in Orono.

So, obviously, Randy Moss would be attending to cheer him on.

Of course, Moss isn't just going to go to the game and that's it. Like most people, there's a good chance he might be out and about, too.

Remember when he stopped in at Portland Pie in Bangor in May?

Well, on this latest visit, he also took some time for a quick shopping trip at Dick's Sporting Goods in Bangor, where he was kind enough to take a pic with a fan who had recognized him.

"I believe that he was thankful that I didn't tell the whole store about him being there, since strangely, nobody recognized him. He caught up to me in the parking lot and took the picture," Ronald Worster wrote in a post he shared with the picture in the Facebook group Sports Cards Nonsense.

How awesome is that!?

Can you imagine bumping into Randy Moss? Did you see him?
