The morning lows in some parts of Maine on Sunday morning were close to 10 degrees. This weekend was super cold, with overnight temps and wind chills reaching down into the single digits.

But hold on... because we're in for some warning on Tuesday!

According to the National Weather Service, some parts of Maine and New Hampshire could see an almost 50-degree spike in temperatures from early Sunday to midday highs projected for Tuesday.

If that's not a typical weather pattern for winter in New England, I don't know what is!

At least some of that snow will melt...

Until it freezes again!
