New England Zoo to Ring in the Season With Annual Holiday Lights Spectacular
The holiday season will be upon us before we know it, along with the countless activities that come with this special time of year.
One of these events is the beloved annual Holiday Lights Spectacular at the Roger Williams Park Zoo in Providence, Rhode Island.
According to the Zoo's website, guests for the 2022 Spectacular can enjoy a walk-through experience on 40 acres of pathways, as they gaze at "festive, larger-than-life dazzling displays" and over "3 ½ million illuminated lights." Drinks from hot chocolate to adult beverages will be available, as will treats like s'mores and sugar cookies. And of course, Santa himself will be there on select Thursday nights in December. He's very busy this time of year, after all.
One thing's for sure: the Zoo means business with this light show. Just look at these spectacular displays...
...and this super cool illuminated path...
...not to mention all the bright and beautiful colors:
This is truly a great way to get in the holiday spirit and make holiday memories with your loved ones.
The Roger Williams Park Zoo's Holiday Lights Spectacular runs nightly from 5-9:30pm on November 25 through New Year's Day, according to the Zoo's website. Be sure to reserve your tickets online in advance, as they're timed-entry and can only be purchased digitally.
