OTTO Pizza With Their Famous Mashed Potato Pizza Will be in Auburn Soon

Please tell me you've had OTTO's mashed potato, scallion, and bacon pizza.

Trust me, if you haven't had it - thinking of mashed potatoes on a pizza might be a complete turn-off. It is not. It's one of OTTO's biggest sellers and tastiest pizzas going. Get ready Auburn, because you will be the proud location of the tenth OTTO Pizza in Maine. According to the Sun Journal, they will open by mid-July at 730 Center Street.

The Sun Journal reported that the owner Greg Ingrao is opening a full-service restaurant with dine-in and take-out. There will be a full bar with a happy hour and TVs to watch sports and seating for around 65 people. It's a party with pizza. They have salads too, along with sinful chocolate chip cookies and gluten-free crust as an option.

OTTO has been around since 2009 with its Congress Street location in Portland. Now there are 20 OTTOs in both Maine and Massachusetts. This will be Greg's second location, the tenth Maine OTTO, and Auburn's first!

Maine has a lot of delicious pizza and OTTO is up there as a fan favorite. OTTO says their food is an 'elevated pizza experience'. I know that everyone and their mother loves cold pizza. I'll eat cold pizza, but it's not my favorite. OTTO pizza is one pizza that is actually quite delicious cold. It must be all that elevating. I don't know what they do to make it so good, but get ready Auburn for your newest addiction!
