When it comes to the soliciting sex charge for Patriots owner Bob Kraft, he has been cleared.

The misdemeanor charge was dropped Thursday, according to the Daily Mail.

The investigation stems from hidden cameras in the salon rooms that police said show Kraft and several other men engaged in sex acts, the article states.

The Palm Beach County Attorney's office will hold a press conference later Thursday to discuss the Kraft case, why the charges were dropped and why the salon may still face felony charges, including prostitution, according to the Daily Mail.

The National Football League it appears is not taking this situation lightly.

'Our Personal Conduct Policy applies equally to everyone in the NFL. We will handle this allegation in the same way we would handle any issue under the Policy,' it said in a statement after Kraft was charged, according to the Daily Mail.

'We are seeking a full understanding of the facts while ensuring that we do not interfere with an ongoing law enforcement investigation. We will take appropriate action as warranted based on the facts.'
