Everyone knows Aquaboggan in Saco, Maine, as a water park perfect for cooling off during the hot summer months.

But for several years now, Aquaboggan has enjoyed having a little fun in the fall by being the setting for the annual Trail of Terror, a collection of your nightmares come to life set along a creepy walk.

If that's a little too much Halloween for you, Aquaboggan has got another option this October: ghoulish mini golf.

Shared on Facebook by Aquaboggan Water Park, the mini golf course has been dressed up as if it's headed out trick-or-treating.

Throughout the 18-hole course, visitors will find all kinds of different decorations, both funny and spooky, and perhaps a few other surprises along the way. Aquaboggan's ghoulish mini golf will only be open in the evening to maximize the fright level.

Would it even be Halloween mini golf if you didn't costume up?

Aquaboggan encourages people coming to play ghoulish mini golf to dress up. By doing so, they will receive two dollars off admission to play the course.

It's not just all scares all the time, though. Visitors can also enjoy some fun seasonal treats including warm apple cider, popcorn, and fried dough. Aquaboggan asks parents to use discretion, as some holes feature frights that may scare smaller kids.
