Police Need Your Help to Find Missing Scarborough Man

23-year-old Matthew Foster of Scarborough has been missing since he was last seen in the Old Port Friday, Jun 10 around 11:30. Police need your help finding him. 

Matthew is diabetic and only had a days worth of medication with him. Police say he may have been seen last along the waterfront and was wearing a blue button up shirt, tan khakis and brown, slip-on dress shoes.
