According to News Center Maine, Stinson & Company is a Portland pawn shop, and they hit it big! The producers of Pawn Stars on the History channel approached owner Joe Stinson after he tried to sell a 4 foot 1920’s salesman sample of an Old Town Canoe for $25,000. Stinson got a 3 episode deal, where on one of the episodes he is selling a 2013 Red Sox World Series championship ring he got from the team’s athletic trainer.
