When you think of fall, I'm sure that one of the first things that comes to mind is apple picking, right? You may love apples, but do you know just how many different varieties of apples there are? And, do you know which varieties are good for what? Luckily, the fine folks at Applecrest Farm Orchards in Hampton Falls, NH put together a handy guide that tells you just that. It's incredibly simple to read, yet it gives you so much information about which apples to use for different things. For example, did you know that Red Delicious Apples are excellent for eating, but poor for pies and sauce? Or that Romes are poor for eating, but excellent baked? Mind blown! Reddit user u/pootato_salad snapped a picture of the chart, and posted it on Reddit for the world to see.
