Random Act of Kindness in Portland Appreciated Right Now

This virus has turned the world upside down and nothing is the same than it was just a month ago. That makes this random act of kindness even more appreciated.

Walking out to the Q Van, parked on Free Street to unload some equipment, I came upon something stuck under the windshield. It was the wrong color for a ticket, and I was legally parked in a loading zone.

Then I saw what it was, and it stopped me in my tracks.

I thought that it must be someone I knew or something...nope. Then I saw all the cars on the street...

Someone went out of their way to make these really neat little pictures and put them on cars! It made me think about what is happening in the world right now, and how uncertain things are - and yes...scary. The good news that we can all agree on is that this too shall pass. In the meantime, having someone going out of their way to share a little love, is just what the doctor ordered.
