Maine Course Hospitality Group is behind the new extended-stay hotel in Scarborough, Maine. This is a hotel designed for people who have to well, stay beyond the traditional couple of nights. So they are designed as suites with more accommodations. Sean Riley, the president of Maine Course Hospitality, told Mainebiz,
This new hotel brand reflects our commitment to designing and building an extended stay hotel unlike no other, intentionally focusing on elements that will enhance the guest experience by offering a home-like environment where visitors can truly feel at home during their stay, regardless of if they are in for one night or 365 nights.

When is the new extended-stay hotel in Scarborough, Maine, going to be finished?
The 109 HomeAwhile suites should be available for rent in about a year, late spring of 2026. Each suite will have fully equipped kitchens, living areas, bedrooms, and dedicated workspaces with high-speed internet access. But right now, they are in the thick of getting it done.
If you know people who travel for business, next year, and need to find a place where they can stay and work for a couple of weeks or longer, this might just be exactly what they are looking for.
