South Portland Waitress Finds $1700 On Her Table After Serving Customer
From Inside Edition, a waitress in Maine saw an envelope with a stack of hundred dollar bills left on her table, and turned it in.
24-year-old Kaylie Cyr was working at Buffalo Wild Wings in South Portland when she found the money on her table. She knew the wad of cash, $1700 dollars to be exact, wasn't her tip. She did the right thing and gave it to her manager, who locked it in a safe for the night. The owner of the money came in the next day looking for it. He then gave Kaylie a $100 tip for returning the money.
