This video made me scream out loud! You won't believe what happens to this truck. 

I don't like anyone riding behind me this close unless their pulling my hair so I can understand why this woman is gloating. There have been many times i've wondered, "why can the cops not be seeing this idiot and pull him or her over!" It's so validating to see a jerk get his. Well, wish granted for this lady.

I think she was video taping to document his harassment but she's lucky she didn't cause an accident herself. Watch this...
