Um…Should I Be Concerned With What I Saw at Work?

So, I pass this at least 58 times a day. I see it and always think, 'Mmmm...that looks bad.' And then I move on with my day.

It's funny. As I was taking the picture today, the engineer said to me 'When did that happen?' I have no idea. It seems to have been there for a very long time...
