Wicked Flashback: Legendary Comedian Tim Sample’s ‘Native Mainah’ Joke from 1985

As Tim Sample likes to say, there are three different types of people in Maine, "Natives, Transplants, and people 'From Away.'"

The legendary Comedian has been a mainstay here in Maine since the 1980s, and we just unearthed a video from a performance he gave at the Portland Performing Arts Center in 1985.

I remember seeing Tim at a show in Old Orchard Beach when I was a kid... and yup: he's still this funny!
