Lost Valley Has a New Owner, Here’s the Projected Opening Date

Lost Valley Ski and Banquet Resort announced via Facebook post on October 30th that they have a new owner and are planning to open this season despite shutdown rumors.

Financial struggles impacted the resort in recent years. The previous owners faced over $1 million in debt, despite crowd sourcing and fundraising efforts to support the business. This sale will keep the ski mountain and facilities open for years of winter activities to come. The new owner is Scott Shanaman.

So when can you hit the slopes? The Lost Valley Facebook page posted an announcement over the weekend. The projected opening date is Friday, December 18.
